Logo Rebranding | SCOLY PTE LTD

The job is to create or refine the logo so we will be willing to put it on our uniform and wear it out to meet clients.
The image on the left was the original logo designed by one of the company's manager.
Before SCOLY, they were actually called ANJ. This is a huge rebranding of their previous company.
My first task in this company was to make the logo better where we would be able to wear it out and be proud of the company's logo.
From their previous logo, I can straight away tell the gap between L and Y had a really awkward and huge space therefore, my first thought were to close up the gap between them.
I have also created multiple drafted logos which I have designed on my own but I think all of them does not really suit their company image at that moment. Therefore, I made slight tweak. I changed the fonts, closed up unnecessary space, made the whole look more thick and bold (to be more visible when looking at it from afar) and changed the colours to black, blue and red.
