Purpose and goal: 

To enhance the ability of the users to have easier access and communication with the pet shelter’s owner and with more connection with the animals in the shelter. 

Build trust between the shelter and the users which will also increase the willingness of people who will adopt pets instead of buying them in the pet store and reduce the problems of the issues I have mentioned.
